Three-Alarm Structure Fire, Overlook Place in Newburgh

NEWBURGH, NY - Newburgh FD responded to an alarm of fire at 89 Overlook Place on April 27th. Units arrived to smoke showing and requested a second-alarm sounded. Air National Guard FD, West Point FD and New Windsor FD with one engine were requested to the scene. Firefighters used hand lines on the back porch where there was heavy fire extending to 87 Overlook Place. CNPD empress EMT-36-13 was also at the scene. The Red Cross was called for nine displaced adults and four children.
