This article is a direct street report from our correspondent and has not been edited by the 1st Responder newsroom.

Hampton Falls, NH — April 12th — A reported brush fire in Hampton Falls prompted the Newton NH Fire Department, located at 8D Merrimac Road, Newton, NH, United States, 03858, to react on mutual aid. Tank 5 spent roughly four hours on the scene and was tasked with water supply operations. Tanker shuttle operations were employed to augment suppression efforts because hydrant access was restricted.

Water was cycled to the fireground by Tank 5, ensuring a consistent supply for the firefighting crews. Extended efforts were supported by mutual aid resources from neighboring departments. Newton employees were allocated until they were released by order, at which point they resumed their duties. The significance of coordinated tanker operations in rural and non-hydrated areas is highlighted by incidents such as these.
