Fremont, NH — April 2nd — In response to a mutual aid request, the Fremont NH Fire Rescue Department, located at 425 Main Street, sent Tanker 4 to the Town of Raymond in response to a reported structure fire. Crews supported continued fire assault efforts by helping with water delivery operations, which is crucial in regions without hydrants. After arriving, Fremont staff interacted with Raymond units and other responding agencies while integrating into the incident command structure.
During suppression operations, a consistent water supply was maintained using tanker shuttle operations. Rockingham County's mutual aid responses adhere to set procedures, enabling departments to pool manpower and resources. The incident is an example of regular interagency cooperation to promote efficient fireground operations and sustain coverage throughout the area.
