Fall River, Ma.  On Wednesday, April 19th. a Medical rescue returning from the hospital came upon a single vehicle MVA. Where a car had crossed the road and crashed into a fence, landing in the front yard. There were no injuries reported. The Rescue cleared the scene, while the occupants of the vehicle waited for the PD and a tow company.
