Fitchburg, MA - Group 1 companies were dispatched to a reported fire on Industrial Road, where first-arriving units found smoke showing from a large outdoor waste storage building.
Crews quickly confirmed an active fire and stretched attack lines, working efficiently to bring the blaze under control.
Once the main body of fire was knocked down, a front loader was brought in to assist with overhaul, allowing crews to pull apart debris and fully extinguish any remaining hot spots.
No injuries were reported.
