DAYTONA BEACH, FL - On April 19th, Daytona Beach Firefighters rescued six ducklings that were trapped in a storm drain. Firefighters had to use a hose to gently wash them to one opening of the storm drain where a firefighter was waiting to collect them. They were able to get all of the ducklings out of the drain and carried them over to a nearby pond where the mother duck was waiting patiently with her other ducklings.
