NEWBURGH, NY - Newburgh FD responded to a motorcycle vs. vehicle MVA with fire on Water Street, north of Washington Street, on April 17th. When Command arrived, the motorcycle was fully-involved. Firefighters extinguished the fire and assisted with an injured subject. Empress EMS transported the subject to Montefiore-St. Luke's Hospital. Firefighters stood by while City of Newburgh PD requested New York State Police to reconstruct the scene. City of Newburgh Police Dept. is investigating the cause.
