Buxton, ME - Buxton Fire & Rescue crews operated at a residential fire incident where the front bumper turret on Engine 422 proved to be a highly effective tool.

Firefighters used the turret to quickly apply a large volume of water from an exterior position, achieving a rapid knockdown of the basement fire.

This early suppression reduced fire intensity, improved interior conditions for crews, and helped prevent the fire from extending to the upper levels of the home.
