Mulch Fire at Lakeview Shopping Center

At 3:50 pm, the Limerick Fire Department was dispatched for a woods/field fire at the Lakeview Shopping Center. Upon arrival, Command 51 and Command 68-2 advised that mulch was smoldering in the parking lot. Field 51-1 and Field 51-2 responded. Firefighters used water from the field truck to extinguish the smolder. All apparatus were back in station within 30 minutes.
