Crews were dispatched for report of possible structure fire in a local mobile home park. E73 arrived on scene first to find smoke and flames showing from the Delta side of the structure. 2-out established and an attack team made entry quickly extinguishing the fire. Primary and secondary search were unremarkable.

DIV72 arrived on scene to perform fire investigation. Investigation revealed that the occupants had a total of four power strips, three of which were daisy-chained together into one outlet, a window AC unit and multiple lights, chargers, and other small appliances all running on one circuit. The heavily overloaded 15 amp circuit caused one of the power strips to fail and start the fire. The home is a total loss, displacing both residents and their dog.
