Mid-Morning Pedestrian Strike in Roxbury Requires Air Medical Response

ROXBURY, NJ - Just before 1:00 a.m. on April 4th, Morris County 911 received a call reporting a MVA with a pedestrian struck. Roxbury Fire requested air medical to be placed on standby after it was determined by EMS and ALS to fly the victim. Roxbury Engine 12 and Rescue 24 responded to the Righter Road ball field to secure the landing zone for Atlantic Air 3. The victim was loaded into air medical and transported to Morristown. All units were cleared by 11:45 a.m.
