Twin Mountain Fire Responds to Morning Motor Vehicle Accident with Multi-Agency Support

Twin Mountain, NH - On 2 April 2026 at approximately 8:20 a.m., Twin Mountain Fire Department was dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident involving three patients on Route 115 in Carroll.
Engine 3 (E3), Ambulance 1 (A1), and Ambulance 2 (A2) responded promptly, along with Bethlehem Ambulance and Whitefield Ambulance as mutual aid. Upon arrival and patient assessment by Twin Mountain personnel, Whitefield Ambulance was canceled, while Bethlehem Ambulance continued to assist with the third patient.
All three patients were transported to Littleton Regional Healthcare for further evaluation and care.
Twin Mountain Fire Department extends its appreciation to Carroll Police, New Hampshire State Police, Grafton County Dispatch, and all mutual aid partners for their coordinated assistance during the incident.
The department also recognizes the ongoing dedication of its members. During this and other recent motor vehicle accidents, crews successfully staffed both ambulances with Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs) and Paramedics. Twin Mountain Fire Department takes pride in maintaining an Advanced Life Support (ALS) staffing rate of approximately 98–99% on ambulance calls annually—an achievement that reflects the commitment and professionalism of its members. Responding at all hours, they continue to prioritize public safety and deliver high-quality patient care to the community.
