Falconer, NY - On March 15, 2026, just before 5:00 p.m., the Falconer Fire Department, assisted by mutual aid departments, responded to a reported working house fire on East Elmwood Avenue. Fire crews acted swiftly, successfully containing the flames and limiting further spread. Despite the rapid response, the residence sustained significant heat and smoke damage throughout. The County Fire Investigation Team was present at the scene to determine the cause and origin of the fire.
