Newburgh, NY - Early Sunday morning, March 28th, City of Newburgh fire dept. and Police responded to a vehicle that rolled over on DuPont Ave. Mobile life ALS responded. Both the driver and passenger refused medical treatment. City of Newburgh Police are investigating the cause.
