PLUM BOROUGH, PA – At 12:40 A.M. on March 27th, fire crews were dispatched to Shangri La Circle for a reported bed on fire inside a bedroom. The first arriving unit found smoke showing from an apartment style building. Upon further size-up, command reported fire from the 'Charlie' side of the building as arriving crews made entry to attack the fire. The bulk of the fire was quickly knocked, but crews found some minor extension into neighboring apartments. Crews continued to work on overhaul and ventilation as the fire was placed under control at 1:30 A.M. No one was injured and the fire is under investigation.
