Allentown Fire Company Navigates Multiple Incidents in Quick Succession

Allentown, NY - On 25th March 2026, the Allentown Fire Company volunteers experienced a demanding start to the day, responding to multiple incidents within a short span of time. Around 5:00 AM, crews were dispatched to assist with a medical call in coordination with Alma and Wellsville Ambulance services. Shortly after clearing that scene, a second medical emergency was reported within their district, requiring units to remain active through the early morning hours.

After returning to service, firefighters were again called out, this time for a reported building fire in Shinglehouse. While responding, units were advised that their assistance was no longer required and were subsequently returned to service.

Incidents such as these highlight the commitment and preparedness of the volunteer firefighters, who remain ready to respond at any hour in service to their community.
