Franklin, PA - Ladder 42 and Engine 45 responded to Linden Road in the Village of New Franklin for a reported house fire. Engine 17 arrived on scene to find smoke showing from the structure.

By 5:00 p.m., the fire had been extinguished. Crews continued operations by opening up walls and ventilating smoke from the interior. Firefighters discovered that an e-bike inside the home had caught fire.

Ladder 42 conducted primary searches, which were negative, before checking for fire extension and completing overhaul operations.
