Second Alarm Called for Tioga Mini Storage Fire

Firefighters from the Campville Fire Department responded to a reported building fire at Tioga Mini Storage at 5:15 a.m., March 19.


First responders identified a working fire and requested a second-alarm response to bring more equipment and personnel to the location. Crews rapidly cooperated with mutual aid departments to suppress the fire, reducing damage to four storage containers.


Shortly after the original dispatch, firefighters had the incident under control. The Tioga County Office of Emergency Services and the Tioga County Sheriff's Office offered additional assistance.


The Tioga County incident Investigation Team is looking into the cause of the incident.
