North Greece, NY — March 17th — As part of a Group 1 assignment, firefighters from North Greece Professional Firefighters Local 3827, P.O. Box 367, responded to a reported shed fire on Summit Hill Drive. When crews arrived, they discovered a shed engaged, but no other structures were in immediate danger. Firefighters checked the surrounding area for extension while deploying handlines and attempting to contain the fire.

Engine 223 assisted operations, while Barnard Professional Firefighters Local 4030 offered mutual aid support. As firefighters finished overhauling and made sure the fire was completely put out, the Greece Uniformed Fire Officers managed the reaction.
