Multiple Trucks Catch Fire Behind Rochelle Park Business

ROCHELLE PARK, NJ - At approximately 11:34 P.M. on March 18th, the Rochelle Park Fire Department was dispatched to the area of Woodland Ave for a report of a truck fire. Chief 330 arrived shortly after dispatch and confirmed multiple trucks well-involved in the rear. Crews from Engine 1 quickly deployed hand lines to the fire while Engine 2 gained access to the rear of the building off of Central Ave to check for exposure issues. The fire was placed under control within minutes by Rochelle Park and Maywood FD Units. Bergen County Hazmat and Fire investigators were also requested to the scene. Five vehicles were reported to be damaged due to the blaze. The fire is still under investigation at this time.
