NEWBURGH, NY — Vails Gate Fire Department was dispatched to a two-vehicle MVA involving a vehicle into a pole on March 18th at 1053 Little Britain Road (Route 207). New Windsor Police and EMS were on scene. Central Hudson was requested due to damage to the utility pole. One driver was transported to Montefiore St. Luke’s Hospital. Fire department units were not needed and returned to service. New Windsor Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
