Oregon State Troopers on scene at standoff

BLUE RIVER,OR-Oregon State Troopers are on scene of a standoff with a man who has fired multiple shots at residents in the Blue River area on March 17.
Oregon State Troopers have the residence surrounded with more resources arriving on scene to assist.
Police said the incident began shortly before 2 p.m. when a man, near milepost 43 on Highway 126E near Blue River Drive, began firing randomly at the people in the area and creating a disturbance.
The man barricade himself inside a residence and troopers are communicating with him.
Troopers say the public is not in danger and traffic in the area has not been affected.
