FDNY Box 4-4-9411 Battled an early afternoon 4 Alarm blaze with numerous injuries. The box was transmitted at 1236 with numerous calls for reports of occupants trapped. First arriving unit found a heavy fire condition on all three floors with occupants trapped. Subsequent alarms were subsequently transmitted. Currently, officials are reporting 3 fatalities and several critically injured.. The cause of the fire is still under investigation .
