EAST FARMINGDALE, NY - East Farmingdale units were dispatched to Amityville as a Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) truck, February 8th. Units 1-5-4, 1-5-31, and support vehicle 1-5-23 responded to the scene. Upon arrival, crews were reassigned to assist with overhaul operations. All East Farmingdale units on scene operated under the command of 1st Assistant Chief Greco.
