CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - The Central Islip Fire Department responded to a residential fire and brought the situation under control in a short time on February 17th. Thanks to the rapid response, coordinated operations, and professionalism demonstrated by all members at the scene, firefighters were able to contain the incident efficiently and minimize further damage to the property.
