At 7:08 p.m. on February 6, Hollywood Fire Rescue and Beach Safety responded to a reported gas pump fire at a station on Pembroke Road and South 28th Avenue. Crews arrived to find an active fire affecting a single fuel pump and commenced suppression efforts. Firefighters swiftly doused the fire and made the area safe. All occupants were safely evacuated prior to arrival, and no injuries were reported. Crews remained on scene to check for hazards and prevent extension to nearby pumps and structures.
