ALACHUA COUNTY, FL — February 28th — Alachua County Fire Rescue congratulated FF/PM Shelby Sookraj and FF/EMT Kendall Gielski for successfully completing the basic training course to participate in the MARC Interoperability Class. According to officials, the program emphasizes collaboration, communication, and operational preparation during large-scale or complicated situations. The department also recognized RLT Jamie Tannachion for becoming a certified instructor for the course, thereby promoting ongoing training and growth within the organization.
