Two Vehicle Accidents During a Busy AM Rush Hour

The Limerick Fire Department was dispatched at 7:27 am for a vehicle accident with injuries on 422. Rescue 51, Chief 51, Command 51, Fire Police 51, and Squad 51 responded. The accident was quickly upgraded to a vehicle rescue, prompting Chief 51 to request assistance from Royersford Rescue 98. Fire Police assisted in directing traffic and closing the ramp to EB 422 at N Lewis Road.
The department was dispatched to a second vehicle accident in front of Dairy Queen on N. Lewis Road a little while later. Squad 51 handled the second call.
