MIAMI, FL — January 27th — Univision and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, 9300 NW 41st St., Miami, FL, United States, 33178, collaborated to disseminate car safety advice with the goal of safeguarding kids and lowering avoidable injuries. The outreach's main topics were seat belt safety, using car seats correctly, and the significance of inspecting the back seat to avoid heat-related accidents.

Motor vehicle crashes remain a leading cause of injury for children, making public education a key part of community risk reduction. In addition to responding to inquiries from families, firefighters and paramedics displayed proper restraint techniques.

Officials said working with media partners helps expand safety messaging and reach more families, supporting prevention, awareness, and safer communities across Miami-Dade County.
