ORCA Honors New Officers and Firefighter-Paramedics

KEY LARGO, FL — February 20th — To honor leadership and service within its Fire Rescue Division, the ORCA Ocean Reef Community Association, located at 35 Ocean Reef Dr., Key Largo, FL, 33037, hosted a graduation and promotion ceremony at the ORCA Public Safety Fire Bay. Attendees included friends, family, and neighbors. Promotions were given to Fire Lieutenant Yusniel Collado, Fire Captain Devin Guenchi, Division Chief Dean James, and Deputy Chief Pedro Marin. New Firefighter-Paramedic graduates Brodie Graham, Christopher Grijalva, Renzo Zapatero, and Savannah Futscher were also welcomed into the department.


According to officials, the ceremony demonstrates the department's emphasis on preparation, certification, and professional development. As personnel support local emergency response activities and service the Ocean Reef community, ongoing training and leadership development continue to be top priorities.
