Greenfield, MA - Members of the Greenfield Fire department have been training on new rope rescue equipment and reviewing a variety of rescue scenarios. The training included utilizing the new ladder truck as a high-point anchor, practicing ascending and descending techniques, managing litters, and operating haul systems. These exercises are strengthening the team’s proficiency and preparedness for all types of technical rescue operations within the fire service.
