Increased Patrols Planned Along U.S. 27

The Broward Sheriff's Office announced high-visibility traffic enforcement in the Weston District on Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., beginning February 22nd and ending March 22nd. Deputies will enhance patrols on US Highway 27 at Café 27 and the Seminole Truck Stop. The enforcement effort is aimed at educating drivers and discouraging unlawful street takeovers, racing, and stunt riding, which endanger motorists and the general public.
