Panama City Beach Leaders Attend ESLI Emergency Management Course

PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL — February 6th — Fire and emergency service executives convened at the State of Florida Emergency Operations Center in Tallahassee for the Emergency Services Leadership Institute (ESLI) Emergency Management training. The class concentrated on improving leadership, coordination, and emergency management abilities required for large-scale catastrophes and disasters.

The session also represented a milestone for Chief Daniel Ciorrocco and Chief Patrick Welch, who completed their final ESLI course and graduated from the program. According to department officials, the training encourages professional development and equips executives to face difficult operational challenges.

Panama City Beach Fire Rescue was represented by Deputy Chief Busch and Captain Alexander, who attended the workshop to demonstrate the department's continuous commitment to leadership development and operational readiness.
