St. Petersburg Fire Rescue responded to a residential structure fire shortly after 9:30 a.m. on February 3rd, at the intersection of 22nd Avenue South and 19th Street South. Crews arrived to discover considerable smoke and flames coming from the back of the house. All occupants were successfully evacuated before firefighters arrived, and no injuries were recorded. Firefighters worked to contain the fire and prevent further damage. The cause is still under study.
