COWETA COUNTY, GA — February 6th — Coweta County Fire Rescue workers were recently honored at the area 4 EMS Council's annual Awards Dinner, which recognizes outstanding EMS professionals around the area. The council represents agencies in Coweta, Heard, Meriwether, Carroll, Fayette, Henry, Spalding, Butts, Lamar, Upson, and Pike counties. It meets on a regular basis to discuss emergency medical service needs and issues. This year, Randy "Bo" Nichols was voted Paramedic of the Year, and Isabela LoGalbo was named EMT of the Year. Both were acknowledged for their outstanding clinical performance, dedication to patient care, and commitment to community service.
