Garden City Crews Contain Vehicle Fire

GARDEN CITY, GA - On February 3rd, Garden City Fire-Rescue units responded to a reported vehicle fire at Kicklighter Way and Highway 80, which threatened a nearby structure. When crews arrived, they found a passenger vehicle with a fire in the engine compartment. Firefighters used a handline to quickly get the fire under control, preventing it from spreading to surrounding vehicles or buildings. There were no injuries reported.
