At 04:07 on February 14, 2020, a vehicle traveling Westbound on Coxcomb Hill Road veered off the road into several card at Blair Automotive Car Dealership. At this point, the driver was ejected as the car burst into flames and the car landed upside down in the middle of the road, on fire. Station 235 from Logan's Ferry Heights and Lower Burrell 54 were called to the scene. Crews fought to get the fire under control, while searching the vehicle to see if there were more occupants inside. The only person in the vehicle was the driver, who suffered a broken hip when ejected.
