Venice Fire Rescue Honors Firefighter Roger Miley

VENICE, FL — February 9th — After Firefighter Roger T. Miley passed away, East Manatee Fire Rescue received condolences from Venice Fire Rescue, 200 N Grove St, Venice, FL. As firefighters continue to provide support to Miley's family, friends, and coworkers during this difficult time, officials say the loss is felt throughout the fire service.


Following the loss of one of their own, the department saw that the fire service community is united and provides resources and strength to other organizations. Public safety agencies and regional partners also praised and supported Miley's commitment to service.
