OVIEDO, FL — January 20th — A reported car fire in a parking lot close to Broadway Street and Mitchell Hammock Road prompted the Oviedo Fire Department in Oviedo, Florida, to respond. When the units arrived, they discovered a passenger car completely engulfed in flames.
