NORWICH, CT - At 11:33 a.m. on Friday, February 13th, the Taftville Fire Department with the Norwich Police and American Ambulance were dispatched to the area of Dairy Queen, 186 Norwich Avenue, for a three-car accident, with one person trapped. Battalion 1 was in the area and arrived at 11:37 a.m. with the operator still inside of the car that was on its side and added Squad A. Rescue 2 arrived at 11:41 a.m., and began stabilization. The crew was able to assist the operator out of the vehicle. American Ambulance transported two patients and obtained five refusals.
