Durham Fire firefighters helped the Lisbon Fire Department in responding to a three-alarm structure fire at 20 Webster Road early on February 10th. The incident was reported at 2:05 a.m., and flames were visible upon arrival. Lisbon firefighters established a water supply and began interior fire attack while additional alarms brought mutual aid to the scene. Durham operated alongside crews from Lewiston, Sabattus, Topsham, and Brunswick to support suppression and overhaul operations.
The fire was brought under control around 3:30 a.m., and workers remained on the scene until the afternoon. The homeowners and their pets evacuated unharmed, and no injuries were recorded. The Maine State incident Marshal's Office ruled that the incident was accidental, and the specific cause is still being investigated.
