Foxborough, MA — January 31st — At a structure fire at 4 Hill St., Group 3 from Station 1 of Walpole Firefighters IAFF Local 2464 arrived on mutual aid in Tower 1 to help the Foxborough Fire Department. For almost two hours, the team supported ladder operations and other fireground duties while on the scene.

During working fires, ladder companies offer ventilation, elevated access, and overhaul support, assisting in the safe and effective completion of suppression operations. Station 2 workers and off-duty members manned Walpole to ensure complete response coverage while Tower 1 was committed in Foxborough. The concerted effort is a testament to the resilience of the mutual aid system in Norfolk County and the ongoing collaboration between departments.
