Routine Responses Keep Crews Busy in Old Saybrook

The Old Saybrook Fire Department responded to two distinct occurrences on January 18th, keeping workers busy all day. At around 7:05 p.m., Old Saybrook firefighters and police were summoned to Schoolhouse Road near Lookout Hill for a car accident involving a utility pole. Earlier today, around 11:10 a.m., firefighters responded to a fire alarm activation on Tudor Court West. The alarm was investigated and resolved without incident.
