New Windsor FD responded to a two vehicle MVA involving telephone pole snapped on Route 94 in area of Squire Village on February Second.

New Windsor Police and EMS were at scene. One vehicle was overturned and had snapped pole-wires were down-Firefighters stabilized the

vehicle made both vehicles safe from hazards. Both drivers were evaluated by New Windsor EMS-refused medical treatment. Firefighters assisted with 

traffic. Central Hudson called to scene-road will be closed all night to reset a new pole. New Windsor Police investigating the cause.
