Deland, FL - Battalion Chief David Kennedy of Volusia County Fire Rescue has completed the National Fire Academy's (NFA) Executive Fire Officer (EFO) program. This is the flagship program of the NFA providing senior fire officers with a comprehensive approach to the many components of fire and emergency medical services administration.
