After two snow plow drivers helped personnel react to an emergency call on January 25th in the winter, Hampton Township Fire & Rescue expressed gratitude. In order to provide safe and prompt access to the event area, the plow operators plowed and salted roads ahead of responding vehicles while fire apparatus and mutual aid units were in route. Additionally, their acts facilitated the arrival of mutual help departments in the region. Although the drivers' names were not obtained, department officials stated that their help was acknowledged and greatly valued. During a crucial moment, the prompt intervention improved reaction circumstances.
