Pennsauken, NJ — January 19 — On January 19, the Pennsauken Fire Department, located at 5301 Lexington Avenue, responded to a reported working fire in the Bridgeview neighborhood's 8300 block of Stow Road. When firefighters arrived, they discovered that a private residence was on fire. Under the guidance of incident command, they started suppressing the fire. Crews worked to keep the fire contained and stop it from spreading farther into the building. The Collingswood and Cherry Hill fire departments helped with on-site operations and provided fireground assistance. No casualties were recorded after the fire was put out. The reason is being looked into by the Pennsauken Fire Marshal's Office.
