Midland Park Fire Department Swears In 2026 Board of Fire Officers

The Midland Park Fire Department formally swore in its Board of Fire Officers for 2026 in front of the Midland Park Borough Council and people present at the annual Borough Reorganization Meeting. The department's new leadership year officially began with the ceremony. Jeff Casson was named Assistant Chief, while Matt Tauber was sworn in as Chief. Griffin Kutcha will serve as Captain. Steve Rau, Mike Thimme, and Joe Trotta were sworn in as Lieutenants. The officers were recognized for their continued commitment to leadership, training, and emergency response within the borough.
