DUMONT, NJ - On January 20th, the Dumont Volunteer Fire Department celebrated the 95th birthday of former chief and current department chaplain, Kenny Florio, marking a significant milestone. Over the course of his decades of service to the Dumont community, Kenny has demonstrated leadership, devotion, and a steadfast commitment to helping department members. As the department's chaplain and previous chief, he has been instrumental in forming the organization and guiding successive generations of firemen. Members conveyed their gratitude for his lifetime service and the role he continues to play in the department.
