The Hammonton Fire Department stated that Peter Falzone, a member of the department and Hammonton Independent Volunteer Fire Company No. 2, completed Firefighter I and graduated from the Atlantic County Fire Academy in the first week of January 2026. The graduation marks a significant milestone in Falzone's fire service training, which includes core abilities including fire suppression, search and rescue, and firefighter safety. According to department authorities, Falzone was able to put his newly gained training to use this past Sunday, exhibiting readiness and professionalism while working with the department.
